Our Story
ClinicalPharmacists.ca began when a small group of pharmacists who’d stepped away from retail practice started meeting regularly. We swapped workflows, shared stories of success and failure, and helped each other through career transitions. Those conversations rekindled our passion for pharmacy and led to better patient outcomes. Now, we’re opening that circle to any clinician who wants to build a better future for our profession.
